In 2026, Brunate, a family-run business, can proudly celebrate 100 years of manufacturing high quality footwear in Italy.

 

While the company initially produced popular children's shoes for decades, today it is recognized for classic, stylish and very comfortable ballerina shoes, loafers, pumps, ankle boots, over-knees, and extra-light booties for women. Typical materials used are soft nappa, patent leather, suede and stretch suede. Some of the winter boots come with a

 

lambskin lining, a specialty of the company. 

 

Brunate still produces in the original factory in Lomazzo near Como. The manufacturing area and the factory store are under the same roof here.

  

 

Interesting:
Aside from the women's collection, there is a smaller men's collection, plus the following shoe brands with some of whom Brunate has been collaborating for years:  Alpeteam, ECCO, EMU, Giesswein, Grünland, Haflinger, IGI&CO, IGOR, POLO Ralph Lauren, and a large selection of Birkenstocks. Among these brands there are many children's shoes. All at attractive prices.

 

Brunate products are sold by retailers and online shops in various European countries. The company itself runs flagship stores in Hamburg and Munich, plus an online boutique. There is another Brunate outlet nearby on Via Monte Nero, 40/A in Tradate VA, 13 km.
